Today, 87% of French people say they can be encouraged to change jobs to improve their quality of life.

Their main motivations? Get better pay and feel valued. They are also almost 1 in 2 (45%) who agree to keep their job if they get a raise or more recognition (12%).

This explains the recent craze for the validation of acquired experience, a device that has for 20 years enabled the transformation of one’s experience into a degree.

This diploma course, unique in Europe, also appeals to the government: it is seen as a godsend for solving employment and employability problems. Vocational Education Minister Carole Grandjean would also like to increase VAE courses from 42,000 to 100,000 within five years.
