Digestive after New Year’s meal? Cédric Grolet, pastry chef at Le Meurice Hotel in Paris, decided to offer it in the form of a bite, one of his signature desserts.
Cédric Grolet has revisited the Rubik’s Cube, the mousse that is one of his star desserts, offering small cubes in iced and alcoholic versions. There are different flavors on the menu: vodka and green apple, tequila and lime, rum and pineapple, gin and grapefruit, malibu and passion fruit.
Available until December 31, this digestif version costs 190 euros (approx. 187 fr. 70).
