Gastro Miam, 3 days of delicacies

24th This Friday, December 2, the edition of Gastrono’Miam, a fair of wine, local products and tableware, begins at the Espace LAC Congress Center

POSTER-GASTRONOMIAM-2022Away from the year-end celebrations, the event comes at the right time. Indeed, 34 exhibitors will make you discover their products.

Starting with winegrowers. The show offers a real tour of France, or even more of the vineyards: Burgundy, Bordeaux, the Loire Valley, Alsace, Champagne, wines from the Spanish Priorat…

This 2022 edition is joined by two new winegrowers: Morgon and Beaujolais by artisan winemaker Ludovic Montginot and Hungarian wines offered by Hungarian Boutique, based in Alsace.

As for domestic producers, five new exhibitors will be presented: drinks and foodstuffs of tropical origin, holiday products around truffles, calissons and nougat, real Liješki waffles, products from the beehive.

Meat and cured meat products from Aveyron, Ardèche, a fine selection of cheeses, spices, honey, sweet and savory delicacies, visitors will discover many tastes.

Finally, on the cookware side, the vitality omnicooker stays true to the living room. It is a multipurpose cooking device that combines low temperature, gentle steam and non-aggressive baking.

Moments that visitors always appreciate: Culinary and floral demonstrations.

So this Saturday at 2 p.m., Olivier Meurville, a teacher at the Lycée hôtelier JBS Chardin, will make a recipe based on sweets, without eggs and gluten.

At 4 p.m., Le Collet restaurant chef Julien Claude will offer you to process scallops.

On Sunday at 2 pm there will be a chocolate demonstration with Gérômois chocolate maker Jérôme Schmitt.

At 16:00 Ludovic Voirin, craftsman-florist at L’Hydrangea in Gérardmer, will take over and reveal some tips for decorating his festive table.

Of course, on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, Oenophiles Gérômois will offer wine games.

We should also keep in mind that the hospitality section run by Events Coordination is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 to 14:00.

Finally, 2 sets of 2 meals “Ride from Salt to Sugar” food and wine pairings at Le Collet restaurant will be available by draw on Saturday and Sunday at the end of the day.

Free entrance
