Surrounded by Florence, a city steeped in history, Hotel Savoy invites you to celebrate Italian holidays. Halfway between the Uffizi Gallery and the city’s cathedral, discover the glamorous program of the Savoy Hotel, specially designed for the end of the year.

New Year’s dinner

On December 24, for €75 per person, enjoy a delicious dinner at the Irene restaurant. Enjoy seasonal delicacies with a special menu, consisting of homemade ravioli, with Italian know-how, as the main course, sublimating this magical evening.

Christmas lunch

To mark this special day, chef Fulvio Pierangelini has carefully selected local products and designed an exceptional menu to make this day unforgettable! For €125/person, without drinks, enjoy home-made lasagna or tortellini, in the Italian tradition, after an appetizer of scallops, with artichokes and white truffle. To finish the meal in style, the chef offers to reveal his creation, the traditional Panettone that has been revised in the form of ice cream.

New Year’s dinner

Celebrate the last day of the year with a glass of champagne at the Irene restaurant, during dinner with live music. Before midnight, enjoy regional delicacies, but also traditional holiday dishes for the end of the year, including oysters, in addition to homemade tagliolini, in the Italian tradition.

New Year’s brunch

After New Year’s Eve, brunch on the 1ster January will comfort you with his sweets made by Chef Fulvio Pierangelini during the €105 per person brunch, including wine. Start the year with typical Tuscan dishes, prepared with local and seasonal products. Children under the age of 14 can be taken care of with the included babysitting service, as well as a meal.

Have you ever wondered where the recipe for traditional Christmas cookies comes from? The chefs of the Irene restaurant have the answer and an offer to share the secret with their children, during a cooking workshop, which will immerse them in the magic of Christmas!
