New management office in the Regional Camping Caravaning Association

The Chaudières-Appalaches Regional Camping Caravanning Association (ARCC) recently held its annual general meeting at the Pointe aux Oies campsite in Montmagny and elected its board members for 2022-2023.

It is Gaétane Nolet (Saint-Frédéric) who takes over the presidency. Other officers are Gaétan Pouliot (Saint-Georges) as vice-president, Jacques Lehoux (Sainte-Marie) as treasurer and Michel Ouellet (Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon) as secretary. Finally, Ghislaine Beaulieu, Réjean St-Hilaire and Gilles Lessard from Saint-Georges will be administrators.

ARCC Chaudière Appalaches gathers about 1,600 families and couples in the area between the American border and the river on the north-south axis, then from Disraeli, Laurier-Station to St-Rock des Aulnaies on the West axis.

Its main mandate is to organize activities and gatherings. They will hold four in 2023: Spring Brunch in Saint-Étienne (April 30), Family Fishing at Kinnear’s Mills (June 2-4), Plein Air sur la Chaudière in Vallée-Jonction, August 4-6, as and the Annual General Assembly to be held in Montmagny from September 8 to 10.

The group is one of the 16 regional associations of the Fédération québécoise de camping caravaning (FQCC).
