On November 28th, CPR HDM ​​​​(Cooperative Cellar of the United Producers of Les Hauts de Monrouge) received its partners and customers for a Gascon lunch for 80 people. With a traditional meal and an obligatory fire. Especially since the meal takes place in a state-of-the-art distillery with Athos, Porthos and Aramis stills watched over by a bust of d’Artagnan. Before the aperitif, guests could tour the facilities and taste the new wine: white from Colombardo and Sauvignon and rose.

Patrick Farbos, president of the Cellar, said a few words of welcome. He then confidently evokes the future of the Cellar and returns with superb gold medals for Armagnac: VS and Hors d’âge and Silver for: VSOP, 1995 and 2003 most recently in Eauze.

Commercially, sales in France are stable, with wine merchants, hotel restaurants and supermarkets. But the effort is aimed at regions that are not yet buyers. New territories are opening up for export, especially in the Baltic states.
