The municipal councilors of Salornay-sur-Guye met on November 7, specifically to listen to Sandra Dutartre’s presentation on the “small towns of tomorrow” (PVD). “It is a program focused on “small centralities”, with the aim of accelerating recovery in rural areas by relying on small towns,” explains the project manager. PVD was created as part of a revitalization project, to innovate, create value, even create a new way of life.
