There are few such attractive locations in the city as this one. Located between the Opéra and Rennes Town Hall (Ille-et-Vilaine), it welcomes passers-by and tourists who want to take a break from the sun on a terrace with sixty seats. First a bar, opened in 2019, seven days a week, offering local beers from the Mélusine brewery. Since then, the place has evolved: it is also a pancake house, open from Tuesday to Sunday. We offer a range of seven pancakes according to innovative recipes with toppings of spitz, smoked trout, grilled pancetta and goat cheese. The complete set is €8.50. Gourmets will have a hard time choosing between fifteen pancakes. Everything here is homemade, from A to Z.

A unique dish and a chef’s burger are served at noon from Monday to Friday. It is possible to organize birthdays, business meals, conferences and other events, a private room is available.
