Family Picnic 2023 edition will be held on Saturday, August 5 and Sunday, August 6 at Frontignan inside Space Lucien Jean who successfully hosted one of the events electronic festival this summer. The organizers revealed the name, and not least, in the face Carl Coxas well as a novelty that should delight festival visitors.
Three years later
After being welcomed to Lunel last summer following their forced departure from Montpellier, the pink flamingos of the Piknik family will land on Saturday 5 August and Sunday 6 August at the Espace Lucien Jean in Frontignan. A place that has already been successfully tamed during the second weekend of the festival with especially Fisher, Kölsch, Joris Voorn, Danny Tenaglia… and which fulfills all the parameters of the initial concept: open nature, large area, accessible (5 min walk from the train station, 20 min from Montpellier by car)…
And, just to arouse desire as if it were necessary…, the organizers have just revealed the first name of the program. And not least! After his appearance in 2019, British legend Carl Cox will come to present exclusively in France his hybrid set built around his latest album “Electronic Generations” on a stage 100% focused on the book. An event not to be missed under any circumstances.
Finally camp…
The organizers also use the opportunity to make an announcement that should delight festival visitors. With the support of the town of Frontignano, this year a camping offer (Family Camp) was set up in the immediate vicinity of the festival. With all the necessary amenities, our camp will welcome you from Friday 4 August to Monday 7 August. You can already reserve your pitch, from €15/night and per person. Tipi Premium formula (from 2 to 6 people) will go on sale in March 2023.
